The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will source, recruit, and close talented professionals to join our Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of candidates for our Tel Aviv office. These teams are instrumental to PayZen’s product led growth, and you'll be a key driver of growing our talent.

What you will do

  • Full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
  • Strategize and develop unique ways to engage top talent: utilizing tools and platforms, and creative engagement strategies to source top talent and actively source passive candidates.
  • Track and document requisition advancement and candidate communications in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).
  • Deliver a high touch, high-quality and transparent candidate experience.
  • Develop standardized interview practices with client groups to drive effective and equitable hiring.
  • Identify areas of improvement in our hiring processes

What you bring

  • 4+ years of successful full cycle tech recruiting experience. Consistently able to generate a targeted and high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • In-house recruiting experience required.
  • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
  • Resourceful, detail oriented, proactive, and eager to achieve aggressive goals.
