About this Role
The posted role is our first growth marketing/demand generation hire. Your mission is to build a demand-generation program from the ground up to drive well-qualified leads for our sales team and to engage existing leads and customers with relevant content. We have seen initial traction in outbound email, LinkedIn, search, outbound calling, and events/webinars. We seek a data-driven enterprise SaaS growth marketer to turn those early efforts into a structured program.

What you will do

  • Define and execute PayZen’s demand generation strategy
  • Develop an account-based demand generation program across multiple direct channels e.g., email, direct mail, LinkedIn, outbound calls, events, webinars, and search.
  • Closely collaborate with Product Marketing, Revenue Ops, Sales Leadership, and Provider Success on relevant content, target audiences, pipeline creation, and ultimately revenue targets.
  • Manage and develop a combination of in-house resources and external demand-generation vendors
  • Track, measure, and communicate program results; continually optimize

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS growth marketing/demand generation experience.
  • A startup mentality with a bias to action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a growth stage/venture-backed company is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing multi-channel demand marketing strategies that deliver lead generation and funnel metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with account-based marketing and marketing automation technology.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
