What you’ll do:
As a Facilities Coordinator you will become critical to the day to day operations of our Austin, TX warehouse by overseeing and managing our warehouse facility. This role may also include Employee Health and Safety (EHS) responsibilities and knowledge of how to operate a Forklift in order to lead forklift training for all Fox employees certifications
What you’ll need:
- Experience supporting all warehouse needs including inspecting dock plates and performing planned maintenance to shop air compressors, warehouse scissor lift, shop scrubber sweeper, and Office HVAC system
- Experience working with our Office Manager to help drive office / facility needs. May include light maintenance/repairs and support with setup / support of any offsite company meetings, onsite all hands meetings.
- Extremely organized to maintain a calendar of requests and upcoming duties, to set expectations on completion dates.
- Experience with scrap removal (including steel, wood, aluminum), and delivering scraps in a box truck.
- Ability to ensure Fox box trucks are always up to date on planned maintenance, and coordinate corrective maintenance if needed.
- Experience in a facility with hazardous chemicals
- Able to perform and document daily inspection any time the truck is used
- Experience coordinating contracted repairs and upgrades to the office and warehouse, including a network of contractors to help run operations
