As a Principal Product Manager at EarnUp, you will manage a suite of products that help millions of Americans get out of debt and take control of their finances by helping drive product strategy, vision and roadmap of our platform.This position requires cross-functional leadership and close partnership with engineering, marketing, sales, business development, operations, and customer service. EarnUp is in a very exciting stage with rapid growth, looking for team members compelled by putting their imprint on a product that can help every American with debt.

You Bring

  • 7+ total years of enterprise software product management experience with 3+ years working in early stage and rapidly growing startup environments; fintech preferred and knowledge of the payment industry is a plus.
  • Experience working directly with users and scaling a direct to consumer product
  • Proven track record of building and iterating over new products.
  • A deeply analytical mindset and metric driven decision making
  • Proven ability to create vision, strategy and roadmap and execute on your plan.
  • Experience in start-up environments
  • Experience in fintech is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - 210,000
