The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work closely with our senior developers and engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for software development to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Link team is the most versatile part of Argyle - we try to (and do!) cater to everyone:

• to our less tech-savvy customers who opt for our user-friendly Console instead of coding their Link integration
• to all Argylers using Admin to peek under the Argyle hood and monitor operations
• to our innovative thinkers who test Team-X solutions and see what gains traction
• and last but not least, to the magicians who breathe life into our Design team’s stunning creations
• you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining the APIs that power all of these interfaces

Your Stack

Our tech stack includes:

• Primary Language: Node, TypeScript
• Libraries: NestJS, Fastify, React, Jest, TestContainers
• Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, Kafka

What We’re Looking For

• Senior level of experience in Node development and backend technologies (TypeScript, NestJS, Fastify, Docker). Need to be comfortable working with browser-based environments, HTML, CSS, and React. A solid grasp of TypeScript type system is essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions under uncertainty.
• A proactive mindset and desire for continuous learning.
• Highly self-driven, responsible, and able to function autonomously to solve problems and ship features
• Attention to detail for the final product and the written code
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Bonus points for:

• Experience with managing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Kubernetes and horizontal/vertical scaling of pods
