The Mission

Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 50,000 users make money on Whop every month, and this year users will earn over $5B. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.

Who We're Hiring

You own Germany as a market — not a figurehead title. Sales motion, local talent bar, GTM, and making Whop Payments Network the default way people make money in-country. You close when needed, hire to the bar, and build the team that compounds.

Sales-shaped country owner — same three profiles, adapted for market ownership:

• Founder who has made 7 figures (ideally built and sold in Germany / DACH — real revenue, not a vanity GmbH), OR

• President's Club winner / founding AE or founding GM who has been selling / opening markets for 2–8 years, OR

• Worked a hardcore role with demanding hours (Investment Banking, MBB consulting, or any rigorous work that was 10–12+ hours/day) plus founder experience 1–8 years who can own a country P&L vibe — close, hire, and set culture

Fluent German required (written and verbal), with strong English. If you need a big corporate country org to feel important, this isn't your role.

How We Work

Our culture is built on the premise that people should be given budget to take large bets, have full agency, and move fast as f*ck. Today there are 100 people full time at Whop — 75% ex-founders.

We don't believe in traditional JDs. The most successful people at Whop have all come from extremely unconventional backgrounds, and all we care about is working with the most talented individuals who want to win.

Given the small size of our team, we pay best in class base + OTE with extremely competitive equity packages.
