You are deeply passionate about Whop’s mission and committed to helping creators earn a sustainable income on our platform. You thrive in ambiguity, bringing resourcefulness, creativity, and a scrappy mindset to overcome challenges and deliver results at all costs. With a strong analytical approach, you leverage data to uncover insights and translate them into meaningful actions that drive creator success platform wide.

You must have worked directly with creators running online businesses previously or had your own online business.

What does the role look like?

As an Account Manager at Whop, you will be the primary point of contact for 150 top creators, responsible for driving their success and ensuring long-term retention. You’ll work directly with the Head of Account Management and collaborate with a small team of fellow Account Managers to protect and grow both creator relationships and total GMV across your book of business.

• Retain 100% of creators in your portfolio, with quarterly retention metrics as your north star
• Build and nurture strong relationships through frequent strategy calls and in-person meetups
• Collaborate with the product team to surface feedback and implement improvements based on your creators’ experiences
• Introduce creators to other high-value operators on Whop to unlock new growth opportunities

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

• Target base salary of $120,000 + TC: $220,000 with retention quota + a competitive equity package
