Title: Whop Genius Specialist

✅ Salary: $4,000/month

📍Location: Remote

📍Hours: M-F, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm EST - Morning Shift OR 3:00 pm - 12:00 am EST (midnight) - Night Shift

What is the Whop Genius bar?

Whop Genius Bar is a new program we’re launching where Creators on Whop can join a live Zoom meeting where Whop Genius Specialists will be live in a Whop Zoom ready to help creators with any issues. There could be one creator in Zoom or even 20 creators at the same time. The sole responsibility of a Whop Genius Specialist is to ensure all creators who join Zoom get all of their questions answered before leaving. Creators should leave the Whop Zoom with a smile on their faces, super excited to build on Whop!

What does the role look like?

  1. You will run either the morning or night whop genius bar shifts.
    1. Morning = 7:00 am EST - 3:00 pm EST.
    2. Night = 3:00 pm EST - 12:00 am EST.
  2. You will work closely with creators who join Zoom to get all of their questions answered live.
    1. Questions can include how to use certain aspects of Whop, suggestions, or even bugs they come across. You will stay on the call with each creator until you help them answer all of their questions.
  3. You will consolidate and record feature requests and bugs that creators bring to you on the Zoom and share them with your manager.
