We are hiring a Senior Product Designer that will build, with an amazing group of talent at Tofu, the future agentic AI platform for marketing teams.

What we are building:

• A platform for B2B marketing teams to create hyper-personalized content across channels (e.g. landing pages, emails, ads, social, blog, etc.).
• A tool where teams can create end-to-end campaigns in a fraction of the time they are spending today while ensuring the content is on-brand.
• A system where over time we analyze what is performing and guide marketing teams to create better high performing campaigns.

Who we are:

• A tight group of talented, compassionate individuals (~20 people) wanting to radically improve how marketers go to market with AI.
• A well funded, fast growing company with customers actively using our platform every day.

What we are looking for:

• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, as able to bring clarity through clear, opinionated design.
• Has experience building business software, ideally B2B SaaS.
• Empathy and focus on our customers. Can understand their pain points, collect feedback and build experiences that are simple to understand and expands elegantly.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, and deeply cares about the holistic end-to-end user experience.
• Has excellent communication skills and can work collaboratively across functions - Engineering, Product, GTM, etc.
• Can come into our San Mateo office 3x a week.
• 5+ years of product design experience
