What We're Researching

We are running a paid study to evaluate a new way to structure tasks, projects, and resources within a digital workspace. Getting the foundational logic right is critical for teams to plan and execute their work efficiently. Your insights will help us refine the prototype before we build the final version.

How It Works

You will join a remote video call and share your screen while interacting with a clickable prototype. We will ask you to complete a series of typical planning tasks, such as assigning resources and grouping related work items. As you navigate the interface, you will think aloud and explain your decision-making process. Finally, we will discuss what felt intuitive and where the workflow could be improved.

Who This Is For

We are seeking professionals who regularly manage complex projects and coordinate team resources. We welcome project managers, product managers, operations leads, and team coordinators. Candidates should be comfortable adapting to new productivity software and articulating their feedback clearly.

What You'll Do

  • Share your screen and interact with an early-stage product prototype

  • Complete guided tasks focused on organizing work and allocating resources

  • Think aloud to explain your expectations and reactions to the interface

  • Provide constructive feedback on the layout and overall user experience

Who Should Apply

  • Professional experience managing projects or coordinating team resources

  • Familiarity with digital productivity and task management tools

  • Ability to articulate feedback clearly while navigating a new interface
