We’re looking for an Office Manager & Events Coordinator to own both our in-office operations and our external event presence.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, culture, and brand. You will ensure the office runs seamlessly day-to-day, while also leading execution for conferences, hosted dinners, and external events that drive visibility and relationships.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

About the Role:

Office Operations

  • Own day-to-day office operations and ensure the space runs smoothly

  • Manage vendors, supplies, and office systems

  • Create a clean, organized, and high-functioning in-office environment

  • Support onboarding logistics and ensure a strong first-day experience

Team Experience & Culture

  • Coordinate weekly in-office moments (team lunches, celebrations, milestones)

  • Help reinforce company values through thoughtful in-person experiences

  • Act as a central point of coordination across the team

External Events & Conferences

  • Plan and execute SuperDial’s presence at conferences and industry events

  • Manage logistics including registration, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination

  • Partner with leadership and sales on event goals and attendee strategy

Hosted Dinners & Activations

  • Plan curated executive dinners and small-group events around key conferences

  • Source venues, manage guest lists, and ensure high-quality execution

  • Create thoughtful, high-touch experiences that reflect the SuperDial brand

Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Manage relationships with venues, vendors, and event partners

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective execution

  • Own timelines, budgets, and execution details across all initiatives

About You:

  • 2–5 years of experience in office management, operations, or event coordination

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across internal and external workstreams

  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience planning conferences, offsites, or external events

  • Experience at a startup or high-growth company

  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

The base salary for this role ranges from $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
