We’re hiring a G&A Recruiter to own hiring across our business functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A roles.

This role is critical to scaling the commercial side of the company. You’ll work directly with founders and functional leaders to build high-performing teams quickly, without compromising on talent quality.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to close strong candidates in competitive markets.

About the Role:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles, including AEs, Growth, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A

  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles

  • Build and manage high-quality pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative outreach

  • Run efficient, structured hiring processes that balance speed and rigor

  • Drive candidate experience from first touch through offer close

  • Advise on compensation, leveling, and hiring decisions

  • Track pipeline metrics and continuously improve recruiting processes

About You:

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to business roles (Sales, GTM, Ops, or G&A)

  • Proven ability to hire high-performing AEs and/or GTM talent

  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates

  • Excellent judgment in assessing talent and cultural fit

  • High ownership and urgency. You move quickly and solve problems independently

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred

Bonus Points

  • Experience hiring into healthcare, healthtech, or AI companies

  • Background in agency recruiting or executive search

  • Experience supporting early-stage companies

  • Familiarity with sales compensation structures and GTM org design

The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
