SuperDial is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Machine Learning passionate about leveraging large language models (LLMs) to power innovative solutions in healthcare. If you love optimizing and fine-tuning LLMs, building AI-driven applications, and working with best-in-class tools like Langfuse and TensorZero, this is the role for you.

About the Role:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business-critical workflows.

  • Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into core products.

  • Ensure high reliability and efficiency of AI systems in production environments.

  • Stay ahead of advancements in AI/ML technologies, applying relevant innovations to improve SuperDial’s product suite.

  • Research and develop new applications for voice AI and LLM-powered solutions.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications.

  • Proven experience implementing and scaling LLM-powered workflows, using tools like Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).

  • Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in voice AI, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational AI.

  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries.

The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $240,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
