Strategic Partnerships Lead

We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Lead to spearhead our go-to-market motion with key enterprise stakeholders: private equity platforms, EHR vendors, channel partners, and high-leverage healthcare ecosystems. This role blends business development, relationship management, and GTM strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying, closing, and scaling partnerships that accelerate SuperDial’s growth and market penetration.
Ideal candidates have experience structuring deals with complex stakeholders, navigating the healthcare landscape (especially RCM, EHRs, or practice management systems), and driving commercial outcomes across multi-stakeholder sales.
About the Role:
Develop and execute the partnership strategy across PE-backed provider groups, MSOs, EHR platforms, and healthtech vendors
Build executive-level relationships with private equity investors, operating partners, and portfolio leadership teams
Identify, negotiate, and launch commercial partnerships, integration collaborations, and channel/reseller programs
Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize technical partnerships and API integration opportunities
Own the lifecycle of key partnerships - from sourcing and pitch through to onboarding, co-selling, and long-term growth
Analyze and report on partnership performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback
Represent SuperDial at industry events, investor summits, and strategic partner meetings
About You:
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate development in healthcare or enterprise tech
Strong network or demonstrated experience working with private equity firms and/or their portfolio companies
Deep familiarity with EHR, RCM, or healthcare tech ecosystems - especially enterprise sales and integrations
Proven ability to close complex deals and manage executive-level relationships
Strategic thinker with sharp commercial instincts and strong communication skills
Comfortable operating in a startup environment: self-starter, adaptable, resourceful
Bonus: experience working at or selling into PE-backed healthcare platforms, or in healthtech GTM roles

The base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $225,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
