Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a high-energy, coachable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth. As one of the first SDRs at SuperDial, you’ll be foundational in shaping our outbound motion, working closely with the founding GTM team to test messaging, iterate fast, and land meetings with key decision-makers in the RCM, MSO, Pharma and DSO markets.
About the Role:
Own outbound prospecting across healthcare segments (RCM vendors, MSOs, DSOs, Pharma Hubs)
Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging
Engage prospects via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential opportunities to AEs
Maintain clean and accurate data in Hubspot
Partner closely with marketing and product to relay customer insights and optimize campaigns
Experiment with new tools, scripts, and sequences to optimize conversion rates
About You:
2+ years of experience in a health tech sales or business development role
Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline or meeting targets
Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling
Clear, concise communicator—strong written skills are a must
High agency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative without waiting to be told
Passion for technology, healthcare, or solving complex systems problems
Bonus: Experience selling into healthcare providers, MSOs, DSOs, or payers

This role offers a base salary between $70,000 and $85,000, with total on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $90,000 to $120,000. OTE includes base salary plus variable commission based on performance. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Exceptional candidates may be considered above this range.
