Executive Assistant/Office Manager

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join our team and help keep SuperDial running smoothly behind the scenes. In this hybrid role, you’ll spend most of your time supporting our CEO, supporting calendar management, travel logistics, and key administrative workflows - while also owning the day-to-day rhythm of our office and internal operations.
You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and switching context quickly.If you’ve supported executives in a fast-paced startup before - and know how to juggle shifting priorities with a calm, can-do attitude - we’d love to meet you.
About the Role:
Executive Assistant (65%)
Manage the CEO’s calendar and prioritize scheduling across internal and external stakeholders
Book and coordinate travel for the executive team and sales org, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
Organize internal and external meetings, including agendas, prep materials, and follow-ups
Act as a liaison for key communications and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
Track action items and priorities to keep the executive team operating effectively
Office Manager (35%)
Oversee general office operations, including supplies, vendors, facilities, and day-to-day logistics
Greet and welcome office guests, including investors, candidates, and partners, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
Coordinate on-site meetings, lunches, and team events as needed
Partner with People team on light onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth first-day experience for new hires
Jump in wherever needed - you’re the go-to problem solver and culture carrier for all things behind the scenes
About You:
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Proven ability to support executives with high integrity and strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; strong prioritization instincts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Trustworthy, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information
Highly self-directed with a service mindset and strong follow-through
Able to juggle multiple workstreams and requests at once

The base salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
