We’re hiring a People Operations Manager to own and scale our people function as we grow. This is a hands-on role focused on building strong operational foundations, supporting hiring, and ensuring a high-quality employee experience.
You’ll partner closely with leadership to keep the team running smoothly while reinforcing a high-performance culture.
About the Role:
People Operations
Own day-to-day HR operations including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and compliance
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records, policies, and documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Employee Experience & Culture
Support and reinforce company values through programs and day-to-day operations
Serve as a resource for employees on HR-related topics
Run employee engagement efforts and feedback cycles
Partner with managers on team health, feedback, and employee relations
Performance & Growth
Own and improve existing performance review processes
Support goal-setting and ongoing feedback practices
Assist with career development frameworks and internal mobility over time
Recruiting Support
Partner with hiring managers and leadership on open roles
Help drive sourcing, coordination, and candidate experience as needed
Ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee
Improve onboarding to accelerate ramp and productivity
About You
4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related role
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred
Strong operator who can build and improve systems
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a low-ego, team-first mindset

The base salary for this role ranges from $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
