SuperDial is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable software systems that transform healthcare operations. About the Role:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems to support revenue cycle management and healthcare workflows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect cloud-native applications and services that are secure, reliable, and maintainable.

• Drive software development best practices, including testing, CI/CD, observability, and documentation.

• Lead critical technical projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery and ongoing improvement.

• Ensure high availability and resilience of core systems through well-engineered infrastructure and thoughtful design.

• Mentor and support other engineers, contributing to a strong and inclusive engineering culture.

About You:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering scalable systems.

• Proficient in Python, Go, or similar languages, and comfortable working across the stack.

• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based systems (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including use of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, microservices architecture, and infrastructure as code.

• Familiar with modern DevOps practices and tooling (e.g., Terraform, Helm, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating with healthcare systems (e.g., EHR platforms like Epic, Cerner, Meditech) and understanding of data interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, CDA).

• Familiarity with real-time systems and/or telephony platforms.

• Background in building enterprise SaaS products, particularly in regulated environments such as healthcare.

The base salary for this role ranges from $145,000 to $250,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
