About the Role
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead key marketing initiatives to fuel growth and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is perfect for someone with early-stage company experience, where you've thrived wearing multiple hats while driving demand generation, optimizing marketing operations, and executing events.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams and external agencies to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation
- Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social, paid media, SEO, ABM, etc.) to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Partner with sales to align demand generation strategies with revenue targets and pipeline goals.
- Manage virtual and in-person events, including event logistics, vendor coordination, promotional campaigns, and post-event follow-up.
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Marketing Operations
- Manage the marketing tech stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools) to ensure optimal functionality and integration with sales systems.
- Implement and refine processes for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing.
- Leverage tools like 6sense, Google Analytics, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, Vector, Commsor, and Dealfront to streamline workflows and improve campaign execution.
- Monitor data quality and ensure actionable insights for decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields, preferably in SaaS and early stage cyber security startups.
- Skills: Strong hands-on expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Proven success in creating and scaling demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with event planning and execution in a B2B context.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to think “outside the box.”
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with a willingness to dive into the details to get things done.
- Knowledge of customer identity and access management (CIAM) is a plus.
Engagement Details
- Type: 6-month contract, with potential for full-time hire based on performance and business needs.
- Location: Remote.
- Compensation: $100–$135 per hour, paid monthly for up to 80 hours per month (with potential to increase the number of hours based on workload)
