Description

Stampli, a leader in B2B SaaS and fintech innovation, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Procurement product. Our solutions are transforming how businesses manage their procure-to-pay processes, with a focus on seamless user experiences, automation, and AI-powered efficiencies.

In this role, you will own major product initiatives within Procurement, operating with high autonomy and accountability. You will work closely with a globally distributed R&D team in Israel and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other stakeholders in the US. This role reports to the Product lead for Procurement.

What You Will Do

  • Own end-to-end product initiatives within the Procurement domain, from discovery and definition through delivery, rollout, adoption, and iteration.
  • Define and evolve the Procurement roadmap, translating company goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into clear priorities and executable plans.
  • Apply AI-driven technologies and data-informed insights to reduce friction, automate manual workflows, and improve trust and efficiency in high-impact procurement flows.
  • Partner deeply with engineering and design to define requirements, make tradeoffs, and drive execution.
  • Act as a decision-maker, balancing competing inputs from Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Leadership, and clearly communicating rationale and outcomes.
  • Serve as the procurement domain expert, developing deep understanding of customer workflows, edge cases, and downstream impacts, and representing that expertise across the organization.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by staying close to user feedback, customer escalations, usage data, and market trends, and turning insights into product action.

What You Will Bring

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience owning complex product areas or workflows end-to-end, not just individual features.
  • Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that result in measurable customer and business impact.
  • Experience working with distributed or global engineering teams, with strong written communication and async collaboration skills.
  • Strong product judgment, with the ability to prioritize under ambiguity, manage risk, and make tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands on experience with AI/ML and generative AI concepts. experience or strong intuition applying them thoughtfully within product experiences (e.g., automation, human-in-the-loop, quality and trust).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to combine data, customer feedback, and product intuition to drive decisions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with business accounting/financial management, e.g. working in an accounting team, on financial management products, or relevant coursework.

The base salary range for this position is $170K-$180K base + Bonus and Equity. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
