About The Role

As a Product Manager for our Core team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Stampli’s innovative solutions. You’ll lead the charge in developing impactful features that drive value for our customers, ensuring their needs are at the heart of every decision. From ideation to execution, you’ll own the entire product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that simplify complex domains.

Responsibilities

  • Own your features end-to-end, from ideation to execution, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
  • Lead feature development through market research, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative improvement.
  • Partner with designers to create simple, intuitive solutions within a complex domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, data analysts, engineers, and domain experts, to deliver features from concept through development and launch.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and guide teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Track feature usage and continuously identify opportunities to enhance their visibility and usability.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of features prior to development and deliver metrics-driven customer outcomes through new feature development and operational improvements.
  • Identify growth opportunities through customer research, UX studies, and competitive analysis.
  • Act with urgency and curiosity, proactively exploring beyond the boundaries of your role.
  • Represent your product area to leadership and serve as a key point of contact across the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of defining and executing product roadmaps with actionable milestones.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in an agile and collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in leading customer research and championing the voice of the customer.
  • Flexibility to work with remote teams and across time zones (our marketing, customer success, and other departments are based in the United States).
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience leading product improvements backed by measurable success metrics.
  • Self-motivated and capable of excelling without close supervision.
  • Inventive, creative, and action-oriented with a strong bias for execution.
  • Highly analytical and business-minded, with a structured approach to solving complex problems.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or QuickBooks.
