About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payments Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The Payments Product Manager will be responsible for developing and managing our payments product roadmap, ensuring that our payment solutions exceed customer needs, stay competitive, are compliant with relevant payment industry regulations and successfully launch and meet the performance goals set by the team.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand customers and their needs to guide delivery teams towards innovative solutions.
- Deliver metrics-driven customer outcomes through new feature development and operational processes.
- Strategically plan initiatives in the feature roadmap and lifecycle, from release to support.
- Develop a customer-first product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, rollout, and measure meaningful features.
- Prioritize team backlog and coordinate with other teams to deliver customer value.
- Stay updated on the payments landscape and engage with third-party providers for integrated solutions.
- Act with urgency, intellectual curiosity, and go beyond job descriptions.
- Identify growth opportunities through research and collaboration.
- Regularly communicate with leadership, product managers, and cross-functional teams located in the USA for planning and prioritization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience.
- Specialization in Fintech and digital payments domain.
- Proficient in collaborative, agile processes with cross-functional teams based in the USA or other parts of the world
- Skilled in coordinating with 3rd party integrators for feature releases.
- Dedicated to crafting simple, usable products in complex domains.
- Highly quantitative, analytical, and business-minded, adept at tackling intricate problems systematically.
- Possesses an inventive, do-what-it-takes spirit with a bias for action.
- Thrives in diverse team environments, fostering strong working relationships.
- Self-motivated and excels with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and peers.
Bonus Skills
● Proficient in developing B2B payment platforms.
- Demonstrates a nuanced understanding of cardholder experiences.
- Experienced in working with financial and accounting systems such as SAP, Netsuite, Intacct, and QuickBooks.
- Skilled in utilizing machine learning and AI technologies.
