Job Description:

Join our Recruiting team, taking charge of the entire recruiting process with a particular emphasis on our Engineering function. As a valued member of the Stampli Recruiting team, you'll establish and nurture strong partnerships with cross-functional hiring managers, gaining deep insights into Stampli's diverse teams and its distinctive culture. Leveraging this understanding, you'll swiftly identify and attract, and close exceptional talent through strategic sourcing efforts.

You will be an integral part of Stampli’s growth, building and seeing results. You will report directly into our Head of Recruiting.

What you’ll do:

  • Own full-cycle Recruiting for assigned roles, with a focus on the Engineering Team, from sourcing to closing.
  • Integrate with and understand Stampli’s unique culture and needs, and expertly find, assess, and engage top-of-funnel candidates who will excel in our fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  • Strategize and execute on sourcing strategies, including finding, engaging and nurturing partner organizations, platforms (including social media), and networks, to attract and engage top talent
  • Proactively research, recommend, and open new sourcing channels
  • Build relationships with and be a strategic partner to our hiring managers, interviewers, leaders, and others involved in the hiring process
  • Track, manage, and analyze sourcing data and conversion efforts to drive constant improvement
  • Other work as appropriate for a fast-growing company where we need to be nimble and adaptive

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience for Engineering teams in Start-up companies
  • You are self-motivated and proactive, and have a sense of urgency and get the job done
  • Experience with strategic sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, for example) and an ATS (Comeet, for example), or the ability to adapt and understand technology quickly
  • Experience with tracking data and making improvement based on analytics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
  • Awesome work ethic, sense of personal accountability, and growth mindset
  • Strong ability to partner with internal teammates and external partners
