About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and highly organized professional to join our team as a part-time Office Manager 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays). You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, which is located right in the heart of Downtown Mountain View.

Requirements

What you will do:

  • Oversee general office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee and maintain office equipment for uninterrupted function, identify needs and acquire supplies, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate food/supply deliveries when requested.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, efficient and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area, and keep management informed regularly.
  • Provide direct administrative support as needed, including booking travel; mailing and shipping packages; etc.
  • Manage all aspects of space/infrastructure planning (ex: moves/additions/changes to workstations) and provide answers, resources, and solutions when requested.

You will need:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or other relevant role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, video conferencing, and other office management software.
  • Aptness to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities, and work effectively under pressure.

You will get:

  • This position pays $20 to 30 per hour. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
