About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Professional Services Practice Lead to lead our dedicated team of consultants in delivering exceptional services to our clients. As a Practice Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving the growth of our professional services business. This position will report directly to the VP of Customer Success.

Requirements

You will need:

  • 5+ years of implementation experience in technology/SaaS, including 3+ years of management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft, integrations between softwares, Coding (JSON), and Windows.
  • Experience resolving customer escalations and issues via Jira.
  • Proven experience in professional services, consulting, or project management.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • SQL is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
