You will leverage your natural relationship-building skills and goal-orientated drive to connect and support prospective customers. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will demonstrate expertise and knowledge in various customer offerings on behalf of our clients. Through our paid specialized training, you will integrate the gift of engaging people to execute scripted outbound that help educate and support prospective customers. By making warm and informative connections, you will set up appointments, answer customer follow-ups, provide customer education, and complete other pre-sales engagement tasks supporting interested customers. What you will do: Make impactful outbound prospect calls, set appointments, engage with customers, and cultivate new relationships for diverse businesses remotely. What you need: 1+ years of outbound customer engagement experience or equivalent skill set, strong communication skills, self-motivation, adaptability, and a goal-oriented drive.
