We’re looking for our first in-house Brand Designer to own and elevate our visual identity across every touchpoint. This person will translate brand strategy into compelling, consistent visual assets that strengthen brand recognition, differentiate us in the market, and support our growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality assets across digital, print, social, web, email, events, and product experiences.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to bring brand campaigns to life from concept to final execution.

  • Own and update brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and ease of use across the organization.

  • Create templates and scalable design systems for cross-functional teams.

  • Own relationships with and collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors.

  • Contribute to creative direction for photo/video shoots, brand campaigns, and experiential moments.

  • Ensure all design outputs ladder up to brand strategy, voice, and visual cohesion.

  • Stay ahead of design trends, tech, and tools to keep the brand fresh and modern.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role (in-house or agency).

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity systems, campaign work, and polished brand execution.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut, and/or other relevant design tools.

  • Experience and comfort managing external agencies and partners.

  • Major plus: Experience with web design, video editing, and/or 3D animation.

  • Ability to think conceptually and translate strategy into creative solutions.

  • Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Comfort presenting work, explaining reasoning, and incorporating feedback.

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Compensation Range: $140K - $190K
