We're revolutionising how highly regulated industries conduct critical inspections. Scope is building an AI-native platform that automates inspection workflows for sectors like Pharma, chemicals, and other complex industries. We're looking for a Deployment Strategist to be the crucial bridge between our cutting-edge AI product and our enterprise customers.

The Mission: As a Deployment Strategist, you'll translate complex operational challenges into concrete AI deployments. This isn't just about selling; it's about understanding our clients' deepest inspection needs, strategising tailored AI solutions, and getting hands-on to ensure successful, impactful implementations. You'll be instrumental in driving growth and scaling our accounts in an exciting, high-impact space.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design and implement hyper-structured deployment plans, breaking down complex client problems into actionable steps.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Navigate unforeseen roadblocks with innovative solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Engagement: Leverage your top 5% sales acumen and high emotional intelligence to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Impactful Delivery: Apply your "raw horsepower" – a rapid learning ability and high productivity – to get a lot done and deliver measurable results.
  • Deep Dive: You'll be eager to learn and dive deep into the nuances of various inspection environments, becoming an expert in applying AI to solve real-world problems.

About Scope: We are a venture-backed AI startup in London (Clerkenwell) with a mission to transform industrial safety and efficiency. We offer a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where your contributions directly impact national infrastructure and critical operations. We've grown revenue 8x in one year and scaling into hyper-growth.

What We're Looking For: We need a well-rounded generalist, a "co-builder" who thrives on getting hands-on. You should be exceptionally structured, pragmatic, and creative in your approach to problem-solving. A top 5% salesperson with outstanding emotional intelligence, coupled with a high capacity for learning and execution, is essential. While direct inspection or specific industry experience isn't required, a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt is paramount.

Compensation & Location: This role offers a competitive base salary of £70k-120k, depending on experience and skill, plus an uncapped 1-2% of new account growth - £100k+ OTE bonus. This is a London-based role, requiring 5 days/week onsite work at our Clerkenwell office.
