About the Role

We're Roger Healthcare (www.rogerhealthcare.com), building AI-powered clinical documentation for home-based healthcare. We give overworked clinicians their evenings and weekends back and raise the standard of elder care.

We’re off to industry-leading growth, are backed by world-class investors, constantly shipping new products, and are looking for a talented Full-Stack Engineer to help drive the next phase of our AI products at Roger.

What You'll Do

• Ship complex, end-to-end products and features using FastAPI, MongoDB/Postgres, and React/React Native

• Build APIs and services that interface with LLMs and other AI models

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development

• Be adept at shipping quick MVPs and building scalable, robust systems

• Working knowledge of Docker and AWS cloud infra is a plus
