Position Summary
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments and brings strong expertise in technical hiring across India, the US, and the UK (exposure to Australia is a plus).
This role will primarily focus on India hiring, with on-demand sourcing and pipeline support for roles in the US and UK as business needs evolve. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, partner closely with hiring leaders, and play a critical role in scaling high-performing teams while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring strong culture alignment.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across technical roles from sourcing to offer closure
- Lead India hiring at scale, with flexible sourcing and pipeline support for US and UK roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including social media and niche platforms
- Write, publish, and manage compelling job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and manage candidates through the entire hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across active, passive, and hired talent pools
- Leverage ATS platforms and AI-driven recruiting tools to drive efficiency and quality
- Continuously improve hiring processes, candidate experience, and stakeholder satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in technical hiring across India, the US, and the UK (Australia exposure is a plus)
- Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end hiring in a high-growth environment
- Experience working with ATS and modern TA technologies; prior experience with Greenhouse is a strong advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Startup experience preferred
- Highly self-driven with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Team-oriented mindset with a bias for action and results
