About The Role
Our AI Data Prep and Analysis Platform is an AI-native product that lets analysts go from messy data to insights in minutes. After winning with an enterprise-sales motion, we’re adding a self-serve, product-led-growth (PLG) channel. As development for data, we’re adjacent to AI code editors such as Cursor and Windsurf.
We need a growth marketer who can turn awareness into a flood of sign-ups—especially among analysts in the US and India who already influence data tooling choices for global companies.
You Will (Optional)
- Own top-of-funnel acquisition. Drive traffic and sign-ups through influencer partnerships, social campaigns, SEO/SEM, and community content.
- Activate influencer nodes. Identify analysts with reach on X/LinkedIn/YouTube, craft snackable “vision points” and example workflows, and run co-marketing to showcase product wins.
- Run live evangelism. Secure speaking slots at data meetups and conferences in the US & India; design demo flows with product experts and measure post-event conversions.
- Operate the experiment → ship → measure loop. Launch weekly tests (landing pages, onboarding emails, ad hooks), analyze results in Amplitude/GA, and double-down on what moves activation.
- Own growth content calendar. Publish tutorials, blog posts, and short-form videos that turn “curious visitors” into “engaged champions.”
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Sync with Growth Engineering on tracking, PM on onboarding messaging, and Community Manager on referral programs.
Ideally You Would Have (Requirements)
- 3–7 years in growth marketing for PLG B2B SaaS—ideally in AI, data, or developer-tool segments.
- Proven playbook in multi-channel acquisition (organic, paid, influencer, event) that scaled a product from $1M to $10 M ARR.
- Hands-on with analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel, or basic SQL) and A/B testing frameworks.
- Influencer & community chops—able to source, pitch, and nurture KOLs across geos.
- Exceptional writing and demo skills; comfortable producing short videos, decks, or live walkthroughs.
