TEAM
You will be part of the Propel sales team where you will work directly with a group of talented account executives and solution engineers who are experts in the manufacturing, quality management, and supply chain fields. The team is highly collaborative and works together to delight our prospects and sell the value of Propel Software solutions. You will play a key role in presenting and demonstrating the strengths and benefits of Propel to a wide variety of companies.

The ideal candidate gets excited by:

  • Being an integral part of the Sales team in their sales campaigns by helping identify and quantify Propel’s value proposition
  • Demonstrating Propel’s product capabilities built on the Salesforce platform
  • Being energized in client-facing environments and quickly gaining credibility as an expert.
  • Configuring custom demonstrations to showcase specific capabilities that map directly to positive business outcomes for our prospects
  • Enhancing standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members
  • Demonstrating Propel’s product capabilities built on the Salesforce platform
  • Being energized in client-facing environments and quickly gaining credibility as a Propel expert.
  • Enhancing standard software demonstrations for use by internal team members
  • Participating in industry conferences and other events
  • Supporting customer success team with standard demo capabilities when needed

To be successful in this role you bring:

  • 5+ years of solution engineering experience.
  • Education in a STEM field of study
  • Strong presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex concepts in simple ways.
  • Passionate about continuously learning and growing your skills

Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following solution domains is preferred:

  • Quality Management
  • Product Information Management
  • Product Lifecycle Management
  • Enterprise Software Technical Sales
  • Supply Chain or Contract Manufacturing
  • Engineering Design / Product Development
  • Experience working with one or more of the following verticals:
  • Electronics / High Tech
  • Consumer Goods
  • Medical Devices & Equipment
  • Industrial Machinery
