Job Overview:

Praia Health is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will be instrumental in executing Praia’s Go To Market strategy and expanding the company’s market presence through content creation and management (50%), demand generation (25%), and event support (25%).

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management (50%)

  • Develop, execute, and measure relevant social media content to engage target audiences and amplify corporate messaging.

  • Manage and optimize the company website to effectively communicate the brand story and offerings.

  • Create compelling content for social media and websites in written, visual, and video formats.

  • Support CMO in elevating Praia Health's vision and showcasing thought leadership initiatives.

  • Collaborate with CMO to refine internal and external marketing messaging.

Demand Generation (25%)

  • Develop and execute demand generation programs, including webinars, email, and social media campaigns.

  • Utilize marketing technology and automation tools for efficient and targeted communication.

  • Manage marketing operations, including analytics and technology tools.

Event Support (25%)

  • Provide marketing support for trade shows, dinners, and other sales events.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5 years of proven experience in corporate marketing, branding, and sales support

  • Demonstrated proficiency with digital marketing and social media strategy

  • Strong experience developing and managing content for social media and web in multiple formats using platform best practices

  • Experience with establishing and managing demand generation programs

  • Experience with marketing automation and other marketing technology tools

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

  • Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive results

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving industry

  • Team player who understands that we win or lose as a team

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • Experience in B2B healthcare technology marketing

  • Experience creating B2B video content and graphics

  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools
