Pango is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the General Manager of the company. As an ideal candidate, you should have a strong background in leading companies and organizations steeped in B2B2C SaaS businesses with a focus on digital security as well as a proven track record in growing and scaling businesses through M&A strategy.

As the General Manager of Pango, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company and driving growth through strategic partnerships and M&A activities.

Day To Day:

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and develop the company's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with key partners, including technology companies, telecom providers, and other strategic alliances. Identify new partnership opportunities to expand our product reach.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify potential M&A opportunities that align with Pango's growth strategy. Lead the evaluation, negotiation, and integration of acquired companies or technologies to drive business expansion.
  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with the product team to define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that caters to partner needs and market demands in the realm of Personal Digital Security.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective partner product management, M&A activities, and the development of new revenue streams. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital security. Use this knowledge to make informed decisions and stay ahead in the market.
  • Team Leadership: Provide inspirational leadership to the Pango team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Build and develop a high-performing team.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and optimize resource allocation. Ensure that the organization operates in a cost-effective manner.
  • Compliance and Security: Maintain a strong focus on compliance and security, ensuring that Pango's products meet industry standards and regulations for digital security.

What you bring to the table:

  • Proven track record (10+ yrs) leading product-based businesses steeped in B2B2C solutions, ideally in the digital security or technology sector.
  • Strong product and business leadership skills with a demonstrated history of driving growth and achieving results.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L management.
  • Experience in M&A activities, including target identification, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Knowledge of personal digital security products and the ability to translate market insights into product strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA preferred.
