THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Part-time Amazon Seller Central Freelancer to help us manage and grow our global Amazon presence across our two brands, Lumin and Meridian. Your role is critical in ensuring listings are optimized, cases are resolved quickly and our account stays in top shape. You’ll report to the Head of eCommerce and collaborate with our Operations and Creative teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Seller Central Case Management: Open and manage support cases, follow up on resolutions, and proactively escalate issues to management.
  • Account Health Oversight: Regularly monitor our account health across marketplaces. Address performance notifications, policy violations, or listing suppressions swiftly and thoroughly.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with our Operations team to ensure inventory levels are properly forecasted, replenished, and synced across global markets.
  • PDP Optimization: Audit and optimize product detail pages (titles, bullets, backend keywords, images, etc.) to increase conversion and search visibility.
  • A+ Content Collaboration: Partner with our Creative team to brief, review, and launch A+ Content and Brand Store updates that reflect our premium brand positioning.
  • Reporting & Insights: Run weekly and monthly reports (sales, ad performance, buy box, returns, etc.), distill key insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Global Marketplace Coordination: Help localize listings and troubleshoot across Amazon US, Canada, UK, EU, and other expansion regions.
  • Competitive Monitoring: Keep an eye on reviews, competitor listings, and category shifts. Proactively flag issues and opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (FBA/FBM)
  • Strong understanding of listing optimization and keyword strategy
  • Skilled in opening, tracking, and resolving cases with Amazon support
  • Familiar with account health metrics and how to stay in the green
  • Great communicator, self-starter, reliable and detail-oriented
  • Tools bonus: Helium 10, Scale Insights, AMS
  • Ability to work EST hours

COMPENSATION

This is a part-time position; we estimate that a qualified candidate can successfully complete the requirements of the role in 15 hours per week. The reasonably estimated monthly rate for this role ranges between $2,500.00 - 3,000.00 USD. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and location.
