THE ROLE

We are searching for a Retail Intern to support our Retail team in all aspects of the sales cycle including maintaining key accounts, determining areas for growth and creating deeper customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be organized, eager to learn and ready to provide exceptional service and assistance to our partners. If you are a current student interested in a career in Retail Management and are able to dedicate at least 10 hours/week this summer, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update records of sales transactions, customer inquiries, and product availability.
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing data for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate communication with retail partners.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials for retail partners.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order status updates.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college student with interest in a career in Sales and/or Sales Operations
  • Available to work for school credit for a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Passion for the health, beauty, wellness and/or personal care space
  • Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, receptive to feedback

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This is a part-time, unpaid internship. Benefits include:
