Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting our aligner products to dental professionals and orthodontic practices, and managing client accounts to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in orthodontic industry.

• Help generate brand awareness for the company and products by efficiently reaching out to prospects via cold calling and in-person visits.

• Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the advantages of OrthoFX products to acquire new customers.

• Conduct product training to onboard new customers and get them activated.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' needs and concerns efficiently

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to strategically position our products.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing and product development teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.

• Organize and attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, revenue, and market penetration

• Forge relationships with affiliates to mine new opportunities for customer acquisition. • Help customers in grabbing patient scans if required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the dental, orthodontic, or healthcare sector.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• General savviness to learn about new modalities in the field.
