- Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Support Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, solution briefs, competitive battlecards, and technical FAQs
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure materials clearly articulate product value and differentiation
- Refresh and optimize assets based on product updates, competitive shifts, and field feedback to improve onboarding, retention, activations, and upsell
Collaborate & Operate Independently
- Independently execute polished, accurate deliverables
- Gather technical and customer insights to strengthen launch and enablement content
- Proactively identify gaps in launch or enablement content and fill them
- Monitor competitive landscape, AI, and industry trends to ensure materials remain relevant and compelling
What You'll Bring:
- 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company in martech, customer engagement platforms, developer tools, or marketing automation
- Proven track record of owning and executing successful product launches end to end
- Ability to translate complex technical features into clear value propositions for both product and developers teams (blog posts, technical guides) and business decision-makers (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards)
- Strong technical fluency: Comfortable explaining AI features, SDKs, integrations, and platform capabilities to multiple audiences
- Experience with and interest in AI/ML applications in marketing or customer engagement (predictive analytics, personalization, intelligent segmentation)
- Self-directed executor who can independently manage multiple launches and priorities while delivering high-quality work on deadline
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
