Moxie enables nurses to become entrepreneurs, and grow successful, independent businesses. MedSpas are booming, regulated practices that provide aesthetics services like botox, fillers, and more.

Today, 80% of them in the US are individually owned and operated and we want to keep it that way. We provide our entrepreneurs the tools and expertise to operate with the scale of a large chain while remaining independent.

The Role

We unlock the entrepreneurial opportunity in aesthetics for those with the moxie to take the leap. With a proven model, and a market to win, we’re looking for Outbound Sales Executives to find nurses and doctors looking to start their own aesthetics practice or grow an existing practice with us.

You will be in a position to help shape our outbound motion alongside our Head of Sales, Sebastian, over the next 6-12 months and have a meaningful impact on the business.

Moxie is a remote first culture, so no need to constantly travel. We’re low ego, high trust and poised to be a leader in the industry - if that’s exciting to you, this is the role for you.

Our objectives for the role

  • Close 3-5 providers/month who each earn at least $20k in Monthly Revenue.

    • Our focus is on quality providers that have an existing book of business.

    • Self-source 2+ of those deals, with the remainder coming from our campaigns.

  • Run a professionally managed pipeline with clear forecasting and tight funnel management that abides by the “one source of truth” principle.

  • Expand your network and relationships so that you are a value-add person to know in the industry, while giving you a broad funnel of potential partners.

  • Act as an ambassador of our mission and our partnership model, even when a relationship does not close.

  • Help us develop and refine our playbook for outbound.

Responsibilities:

  • You are expected to be an owner of your pipeline - this is everything from daily engagement (calls, emails, etc.) to keeping your funnel clean, to forecasting and owning your pipeline.

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Pharma sales, preferably working directly with injectors in the Aesthetics industry.

  • You bring a true knowledge of your region and your network of experienced aesthetic providers.

  • You’re genuinely curious, ask good questions, layer to better understand, and have a passion for finding and solving problems.

  • You’re a strong negotiator who can overcome objections and influence providers to choose Moxie.

  • You meet or exceed sales targets and achieve desired outcomes.

  • You’re self-motivated, results-oriented, but not afraid to ask for help. You thrive in high trust, low ego environments.

  • You see feedback as a gift, love to be coached and implement and execute on the coaching you receive immediately.
