We founded the company as a fully-remote team (pre Covid!) and are open to applicants that live within a 5 hour time zone difference of US Pacific Time.

About the Role

Our team and membership base are growing quickly. Our members increasingly lean on us for well-researched, data-baked financial tools and guidance. We aim to meet them wherever they are, and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a part-time social media manager who can use the increasing amount of content we release on other channels to help us build an audience on select social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and post social media campaigns aligned with our marketing and content calendars.

  • Staying aware and up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

  • Work with our product marketing team to promote new features to our community of dedicated (and passionate) members.

  • Package, distribute, and promote our videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Partner with our brand designer to produce social assets such as video thumbnails, graphs, charts, and more.

  • Share resources such as blog posts to LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Analyze performance and sentiment to inform future content.

  • Identifying potential influencers or collaborators for the brand.

Ideal Candidate

  • Has previously built an audience on a short-form video service such as TikTok or Instagram Reels. Bonus points if for a consumer tech company.

  • Cares deeply about financial literacy and personal finance.

  • Knows that every social media platform comes with its own preferences, quirks, and positioning.

  • Loves a good collaborative writing session.
