The Position
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Marketing Manager to drive brand growth and B2B customer engagement in the travel tech industry. This role is ideal for a brand and marketing expert with a strong background in enterprise engagement, brand development, and creative execution. You will develop effective marketing strategies, oversee the commercial department’s communications operations, and ensure that all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, and delivering measurable impact. In this role, you’ll:
- Collaborate with sales, leadership, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals by developing targeted marketing approaches, sales enablement materials, and lead nurturing strategies.
- Develop and execute enterprise marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
- Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns targeted at enterprise customers.
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Monitor, measure, and report on key marketing performance metrics (ROI, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact) by utilizing data analytics and making data-driven decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Forecast market trends and adapt strategies accordingly to ensure sustained growth.
- Capture and develop deep customer insights to create innovative marketing solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance client satisfaction and improve marketing initiatives.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise marketing, Sales, or Public Relations, preferably within the technology or SaaS B2B sector.
- Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and ABM strategies.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation tools and data-driven marketing.
- Experience in B2B demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
- Expertise in content marketing, event marketing, and public relations.
- Proven success working directly with large enterprise customers and internal sales teams to achieve long-term customer value
- A results-driven marketing professional with a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
- A creative problem solver who can translate business objectives into impactful marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment within the travel or airline industry.
