The Position
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team and play a key role in developing cutting-edge products that offer travelers more options across thousands of routes worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within high-growth B2B SaaS companies and a passion for using data science and AI to solve complex business challenges.
In this role, you'll
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with Longtail's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and marketing, to bring innovative products from concept to launch.
- Define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to release, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Analyze product performance using data analytics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction by working closely with customer success teams.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Longtail remains a leader in the market.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong data analytics skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in the travel or airline industry.
- Expertise in workflow management and process automation.
- Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities of scaling products from 0 to 1.
