Senior Backend Engineers at Kurtosis
Senior Backend Engineers are a good fit for Kurtosis when they:
have 3+ years of experience as a backend or fullstack engineer
have extensive experience using Golang

Outcomes
Deliver backend code to power Kurtosis Core, written in Golang
Write sustainable, longterm, scalable code
Design architecture in partnership with founding team
In short-term, do the necessary SRE/infra work to consistently deliver Kurtosis in a reliable way to new users
Work closely with founding team to build out the features needed to deliver lasting value to new users
Gather on-the-ground feedback across the organization and contribute it back to the system, allowing us to continually improve as we encounter new situations

Kurtosis is a fully-remote company! Being venture-backed, we pay competitive market compensation for both salary and equity.
Although we are fully-remote, we have many chances throughout the year to get to know each other on a personal level and create strong bonds. We are regular attendees of industry conferences in the cryptocurrency space, and we occasionally have off-sites where we colocate to get to know each other in person (voluntary participation). In addition, every week we have Funtosis, a virtual get-together for us to connect on a personal level and have fun.
