We are seeking a skilled Mass Tort Attorney to join our team. At Justpoint, you'll be part of a culture that values proactive thinking, collaborative problem-solving, and the pursuit of excellence. Our AI-driven approach allows us to identify new opportunities in mass tort litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex mass tort matters from evaluation through resolution, ensuring strategic focus and efficient case progression
• Conduct in depth legal and factual research to support case development, identify viable claims, and craft novel legal theories
• Prepare high quality work product including pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Collaborate with internal research and AI teams to analyze data, insights, and evaluate emerging case opportunities
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Develop and implement creative, forward-thinking legal strategies in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, co-counsel, courts, and internal teams throughout the litigation process

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with active bar membership in Arizona or a reciprocal jurisdiction [REQUIRED]
• 3+ years of experience in mass tort litigation or related complex litigation [REQUIRED]
• Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for innovation in legal practice
