Offer description

We’re looking for a dynamic, user-centric and detail-oriented graphic designer with a passion for social media and an eye for trends. In this role, you’ll take the lead in creating both static and animated assets for organic and paid campaigns. As part of our collaborative content team, you’ll play a key role in crafting designs that resonate with our audience and enhance our brand’s presence across social platforms.

The ideal candidate is collaborative, deeply invested in design for social media, and skilled in creating engaging motion graphics. You should balance creativity with functionality, ensuring all designs are both visually impactful and aligned with business strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Design static assets for social media, including banners, infographics, stories, and carousels that are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Create animated and motion-based content for social media and digital campaigns, such as short-form videos and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate closely with content and growth teams to define the visual and messaging goals for each project.
  • Edit videos and craft motion graphics for promotional and product-related videos.
  • Stay updated on design trends and social media best practices to ensure our content is relevant, fresh, and engaging.
  • Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for each social media platform.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to strengthen our campaigns and enhance visual storytelling.
  • Support larger creative projects alongside product designers when needed.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all channels, ensuring every piece aligns with our voice, style, and guidelines.

Success factors

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within social media or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc) and their unique design requirements.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of social media-focused designs.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive attitude.
  • Advanced skills in motion design, animation, and video editing.
  • And last but certainly not least, a portfolio of your work.

    Nice to Have
  • Basic copywriting abilities to complement and enhance visual content.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agency or startup setting.
  • Curiosity and interest in exploring AI-driven tools and innovations.
