Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organisations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. What You’ll Do

• Partner cross-functionally — Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer organizations, translating financial insights into strategies that drive growth and efficiency.

• Build FP&A infrastructure from the ground up — Design scalable processes, reporting packages, and KPIs that provide clarity and accountability across the business.

• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles — Provide guidance and support on the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes in partnership with department leaders to deliver accurate, actionable financial plans.

• Provide strategic analysis — Deliver forward-looking insights on business performance, resource allocation, and investment opportunities to help leadership make data-informed decisions.

• Implement forecasting tools — Assist in the selection and rollout of FP&A systems to streamline data accuracy and enable real-time decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software.

• Proven success building and improving forecasting and budgeting processes — from spreadsheets to scalable systems — including tool implementation.

• Strong stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams, influencing decisions and driving alignment across go-to-market and technical functions.

• Advanced analytical and modeling skills with an ability to distill complex data into clear narratives and recommendations.

• A builder mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with limited structure as you help scale a finance organization in hypergrowth.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functional with multiple levels of management

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

• Total Compensation: $145,000- $180,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills. We believe in fair and competitive pay. To reflect differences in local markets, our salary bands are set by geographic tier (Tier 1 or Tier 2) and will be applied based on the candidate’s location.

• Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
