What You’ll Do

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be a pivotal leader within the GTM organization, partnering with Marketing and Sales leadership to lead our digital marketing strategy. As a collaborative leader, they will oversee a team dedicated to expanding our digital presence, refining our marketing strategies, and championing the brand within the cybersecurity community. This role encompasses not only campaign execution but also digital and social advertising deployment, optimization of content for SEO, and brand management and design leadership. Ideal candidates will have experience in leading digital initiatives ensuring consistency and user-centric design throughout our digital footprint.

This role will be responsible for:

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEM, Google Display Network, and LinkedIn, aligning campaigns with overarching business objectives and targeted personas to maximize ROI and brand visibility.
  • Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement. Collaborate closely with content writers to develop data-driven SEO strategies, ensuring that content aligns with search trends and audience intent.
  • Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns - take ownership of marketing campaigns from ideation through to performance reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with’s strategic goals.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance, continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of online media campaigns, leveraging data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Implement iterative optimizations to enhance campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Digital Advertising

  • Evaluate and implement digital programs to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness, with a focus on building our digital presence.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to align digital pipeline generation with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, integrating brand messaging, intent based selling and design into digital campaigns.
  • Drive customer acquisition through data driven analysis, leveraging market research and competitive intel to identify opportunities for growth.

Brand Management

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and conduct regular brand audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Website Management

  • Lead the ongoing development and optimization of the company website, ensuring a user-centric experience and alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and publishing of’s website.
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to update website content, implement design enhancements, and optimize user journeys.
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track website performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization efforts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 3-4 years of people management experience
  • Extensive experience running SEM campaigns and optimizing SEO on websites through Google Ads
  • Experience evaluating and implementing digital programs to decipher acquisition on various channels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
  • Previous roles in the Cybersecurity industry preferred
  • Entrepreneurial spirit who is self-motivated with a roll-up-your-sleeves doer attitude
  • Outside the box thinker who is consistently reviewing our overall strategy and offering ways to optimize reporting
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or similar), Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Multi-Touch Attribution Tools
  • Passion for telling stories through data
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies

Travel Required

We are a fully remote company, and this job may require up to 10% of travel to be successful.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $142,000 - $172,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
