Growth Marketer
Health Note
About Health Note
At Health Note, we’re on a mission to humanize healthcare administration. We automate the entire patient journey from the first phone call to the final follow-up, enabling health systems to connect patients with the right physicians, gather precise and relevant data, and maintain empathy at the heart of every interaction.
We are building AI-powered digital assistants that act like trusted members of the care team. Instead of rigid, disconnected software modules, our assistants gain skills over time — from handling simple reschedules to managing complex intake, referrals, and medication refills. Patients experience a natural, empathetic interaction, while providers gain a system that is reliable, transparent, and continually improving. Our goal is to deliver a concierge experience for every patient, and a scalable path to automation for every clinic.
We’re now hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to lead go-to-market efforts for this flagship product and cement Health Note as the trusted leader in AI-first, operational automation for healthcare. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of performance marketing, brand-building, and strategic narrative. You’ll shape how the market sees us, drive pipeline with speed, and help us take control of the conversation.
What You’ll Do
Own and Accelerate Demand Generation
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, education, and qualified pipeline from mid-sized healthcare practices.
- Own paid, organic, and ABM channels—including messaging, landing pages, email nurtures, and SDR enablement materials.
- Translate product value into persona-specific ROI narratives for front office, clinical ops, and administrative leadership.
- Experiment quickly across LinkedIn, display, newsletter partnerships, retargeting, and emerging media to find what scales.
Make Us the Voice of the Category
- Shape our thought leadership strategy across LinkedIn, email, partner content, and events.
- Build Health Note’s public voice: you’ll amplify wins, tease insights, and publish bold, POV-driven content that sets the narrative—not just follows it.
- Partner with founders and product leaders to spot and share meaningful stories, trends, and customer outcomes.
- Identify and engage in channels where healthcare leaders live—from Modern Healthcare and Becker’s to niche Substacks, communities, and conferences.
Support Growth Across the Platform
- Drive demand for our original intelligent intake product, still widely used across enterprise health systems.
- Tailor messaging to CMIOs, operational leaders, and innovation teams across complex buying journeys.
Execute Full-Funnel Marketing with Discipline
- Own ~30% of pipeline through MQLs; partner tightly with Sales to align outbound strategy and campaign support.
- Track performance, optimize fast, and bring a data-driven mindset to every experiment.
Create and Scale High-Impact Assets
- Produce compelling one-pagers, decks, briefs, case studies, and video scripts across all stages of the funnel.
- Maintain and evolve a library of ABM materials by persona and segment.
- Be the go-to for speed—if Sales or Product needs something fast, you’re ready to jump in and deliver.
Use AI as a Force Multiplier
- Use generative tools (e.g. Jasper, Descript, Copy.ai, Gemini) to draft content, explore messaging, and test variations quickly.
- Help shape how our marketing team works in a modern, AI-native way—from content ops to campaign iteration.
What You Bring
- 5–7 years of B2B growth or product marketing experience; startup or early-stage strongly preferred.
- 3+ years in digital health or healthtech, ideally marketing SaaS products to provider orgs.
- Deep knowledge of demand gen tactics: ABM, email, paid media, funnel optimization, and reporting.
- Experience developing content and campaigns that build category leadership.
- A strong, clean writer with the ability to drive messaging clarity across formats.
- An eye for where healthcare leaders are paying attention, and how to show up there credibly.
- Passion for AI tools, creative experimentation, and marketing at the edge of what’s possible.
- (Bonus) Familiarity with voice tech, call center automation, or scheduling platforms.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $135K–$160K
- Equity: Early-stage equity eligibility
- Location: United States (No work visa sponsorship at this time)
What Success Looks Like
- You drive predictable, scalable pipeline for our voice product—and help define the blueprint.
- You help position Health Note as the leading voice in AI-powered scheduling and intake.
- You build a steady drumbeat of thought leadership and shareable insights that gets the industry talking.
You create a marketing engine that’s fast, creative, AI-powered, and tightly aligned with Sales and Product.
