As a Project Manager you will report to the PMO Director. You will manage implementation projects of Health Gorilla's products for key enterprise customers and will guide developers and other subject matter experts who are responsible for the successful development, scheduling, verification, validation, and performance of a product installation.
What you will do at Health Gorilla:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with the senior leadership team and internal stakeholders.
- Bring all implementation activities to a successful go live for developer customers, as defined by the scope, budget, and timeline.
- Ensure there are clear project deliverables and success criteria between Health Gorilla and the customer that are validated at the end of each implementation.
- Track project action items, identify issues, impediments and risks and bring to resolution.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Help develop and enhance streamlined processes and procedural documentation used by the Project Management Office and across the organization.
What you bring to the role:
- 5+ years of prior experience working as a Project Manager
- Project Management Certified (PMI/PMP/CAPM Certified) Preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare market solutions, healthcare product implementations, integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs, Interfaces).
- Experience implementing software solutions in the healthcare industry.
- Experience supervising and working with multiple teams in different business environments.
- Experience managing strategic programs and effecting change.
- Knowledge of how complex enterprise software systems are implemented for clients.
- Firm knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
What You Will Love About Us!
- Health Gorilla takes a market-based approach to pay, and the base salary range for this role is $103,600 to $140,000, based on experience and geography. Please note that ranges may be modified at any time, and there is no guarantee offers will be at the top of a posted range.
