About Us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Analyst to drive the growth of our acquisition channels, with a focus on bringing new providers into Grow’s network. You’ll own acquisition touchpoints that attract, engage, and convert prospective providers - from running paid campaigns to supporting referral programs and job listings. You’ll balance operational precision with creative execution to ensure every marketing initiative is optimized to hit performance goals.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive and support on various marketing initiatives and operational needs across both client and provider acquisition. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners as well as manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver measurable results with speed.
The best fit for this role will question assumptions and dig deeper when numbers don't add up, rather than accepting surface-level explanations. You’ll balance attention to detail with a bias toward action - you ship experiments quickly, learn fast, and iterate. You're excited by the challenge of unlocking growth in competitive markets where traditional tactics may be saturated, and energized by mission-driven work.

What You Will Be Doing

Provider Acquisition Campaigns
  • Optimize and scale performance across core ad channels, job board placements, and acquisition workflows to support network expansion
  • Build, launch, and manage new ad campaigns and content across paid channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google ecosystem, emerging channels, etc)
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creative, audience targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve CAC and conversion rates
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ideate on briefs and develop creative assets that drive engagement and elevate brand storytelling
  • Support on the provider referral program, monitoring funnel performance and identifying opportunities to improve participation and conversion
Marketing Operations Support and Process Optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve process across end to end marketing workflows, increasing speed of ad campaign builds and launches while maintaining a high bar for quality
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking key funnel metrics from impression to provider onboarding, enabling quick identification of gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Deliver performance analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize budget allocation across channels
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure consistent delivery and brand alignment, while also evaluating new partners to elevate performance

You Will Be a Good Fit If You Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and growth operations, managing substantial budgets with a proven track record of driving results (strong proficiency in Meta and LinkedIn advertising required, healthcare and/or two-sided platform experience a plus)
  • Possess analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience navigating a Martech stack; both in leveraging existing tools to improve process/generate insights and in identifying gaps where new vendors could drive further growth (HubSpot, Looker, and/or Tableau experience a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset; you take initiative and can build and execute in ambiguous environments
  • Proven ability to manage recurring workflows and optimize for speed and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort managing external vendors
  • Comfort with AI tools for marketing operations (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and eagerness to integrate them into daily workflows

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Growth Impact: Directly shape the expansion of our national provider network while contributing to overall marketing portfolio improvement and growth.
  • Operational + Creative Blend: Bridge creative strategy with operational execution to drive measurable results. You’ll be given autonomy to build and own critical projects.
  • Mission Alignment: Help bring high quality mental health care to communities nationwide, driving referrals for providers and unlocking access to excellent care for clients.
  • Collaborative Team: Opportunity to partner with and learn from experts across recruitment/provider experience, growth marketing, creative, data, product, and legal.

If you do not meet every single requirement but are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply. At Grow, we know the strongest candidates bring more than what is listed on a resume.
